Every charge appears in your monthly statement with a receipt or invoice. Pass-throughs at cost with receipts - always.

Published per-stay charge covering cleaner time, linen, laundry, consumables, and quality checks. Non-commissionable. If you bring your own cleaners, their invoices pass through at cost

Pricing questions

Why 20% and not less?

Because we include everything. No monthly retainer, no per-booking fee, no commission on cleaning, no hidden charges. The 20% covers the full operational framework including 24/7 support, compliance tracking, and service credits when we miss an SLA. When you compare total cost of ownership, not just headline rates, we are competitive with agencies charging 12-15% plus extras.

Do you take 20% of gross or net?

Net accommodation revenue. That means after platform commissions are deducted. We do not take commission on cleaning charges, maintenance costs, or any pass-through expense.

What if the property is empty?

If there are no bookings, there is no fee. We earn when you earn. That alignment of interest is deliberate.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The 90-day pilot is the minimum. After that, the agreement rolls monthly with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no exit fee.

How does the setup cost work?

Setup is a one-time charge covering professional photography, listing build, smart home hardware, and the compliance gate. It is quoted at onboarding based on property size and requirements. Typically between 300 and 800 pounds.
