The net on the coast
One fee, across the peak weeks and the quiet ones.
The same flat 20% as every home we run, taken after the channel fee and net of cleaning, never on the gross. No monthly fees, no pricing-tool charges, no paid add-ons, and no premium for the extra upkeep a coastal home takes. Cleaning, weather-related repairs and trades are passed through at cost. Setup is real and usually waived. The figure below is a strong school-holiday week; the year is a blend of weeks like it and the quieter ones we work to fill.

IllustrativeBased on Airbnb market data for comparable coastal homes, a guide and not a promise. A peak week is well above a shoulder week, so judge the year as a band, not one figure. Cleaning and weather-related repairs are charged at cost and passed through, with no commission to us. Your real number comes from a free look at your own home.
