What the fee covers
We take our 20% on the accommodation income left after the booking platform's fee, never on the gross and never on the cleaning, so more stays with you. No monthly fees, no pricing-tool charges, no paid add-ons. Cleaning and trades are passed through at cost.

At cost. The cleaning fee guests pay covers the work, and anything we pay to local cleaners is passed straight through to you on your statement. We do not add a margin on cleaning or on any trade.
No. We start with a 90-day pilot against clear success criteria, then move to a rolling 30-day notice. No lock-in and no exit penalties. If you leave, we finish any booked stays and hand over cleanly. We would rather keep your business by doing the job well than lock you in.
Setup costs do exist: professional photography, light staging and the smart-home tech pack are one-time onboarding items, priced openly. In most cases we waive them, but they are real, so we will not pretend there is no setup. Where a cost does apply, you see it in writing before anything goes ahead.
