A flat 20%, taken after the channel fee and net of cleaning, never on the gross. No monthly fees, no pricing-tool charges and no paid add-ons, on a city flat or a coastal cottage alike. Cleaning is passed through at cost, with no commission to us.

No lock-in, on any home

A 90-day pilot, then a rolling 30-day notice, with no exit penalties whatever the property type. You keep your listing and its reviews if you ever leave. Setup is real and usually waived, so the first month is not front-loaded with charges.
